Gomecsys VCR enhances the use of SGDI: Spray Guided Direct Injection
Running at low loads in stratefied mode it's quite hard to secure the mixture at Lambda 1 in the area of the spark plug. With VCR it's possible to run very high compression ratios (up to 20:1) to reduce the sensibility of the lean stratified mode and secure combustion of the mixture by the spark plug even when it's at Lambda 2 in dynamic situations.
